This post shall be about music. There’s one band which is known by hardly anybody, as they are not one of those commercial bands you can hear all day on Ö3. The band is called “Coocko”. It consists of three native Irish, young men who all play a stringed instrument – one plays the guitar, one the violin and one the bass as well as the ukulele. They cover songs but do also compose their own ones, which they present basically in little pubs or bars. In all of their songs you can hear that they come from Ireland as their songs got that typical touch of Irish rhythm.

If you have once listened to their music you get addicted to it immediately and can’t stop listening. Their music is really absorbing and unique. They mainly play Acoustic Irish Folk, Indie and Country.

Presently, they are playing every Monday in Saalbach-Hinterglemm in Bobby’s Pub. However, you have to be fast if you want to see them because after this winter they’re going to head somewhere to the South!!!! Don’t waste any time and come to Saalbach as quickly as you can!
